Neil Patel is one of the leading exponents of yoga in the UK with nearly 20 years of teaching experience. He took over the teaching mantle from his yoga-teaching mother, Tara Patel, in 1991 as a young teenager. Since then he has managed to put his own unique stamp on the subject and made himself famous for starting Hip Hop Yoga in the UK, being “The Rapping Yogi”, founding Chi Kri Yoga, being the personal yoga instructor to the likes of Big Brother’s Danielle Lloyd; as well as overcoming cancer with his brand of yoga techniques alone! Neil Patel continues to inspire audiences wherever he goes with his lectures, books and original techniques for mind management, meditation and challenging yoga practise.
