Want to feel fabulous? Then take some time to reflect on what you have achieved in your life so far and where your successes lie by sitting quietly with a pen and paper and asking yourself these questions:
- What do my friends value about me?
- What am I naturally good at?
- What have I achieved in life so far?
- What do I like about myself?
You may need to gather some feedback from those close to you to answer the first one, so go ahead and ask – you may be surprised what comments come back for you!
This is such a valuable exercise I recommend everyone does it every year or so – it’s a quick way of getting to understand where your skills, power and qualities lie. Now that’s magic!
