The Chi Kri Warrior Sequence was designed to strengthen the legs, calves and entire lower body as well as mobilise the arms, spine and sides. The movements are all sequenced to Chi Kri beats and the whole sequence is to be done on time. The music is available at the Chi Kri Website.
