Patrick Holford is one of the world’s leading authorities on nutrition and mental health and has authored over 20 health books many of them bestsellers including, The Holford Low-GL Diet Made Easy, Food is Better Medicine than Drugs and the New Optimum Nutrition Bible which has sold over 1 million copies.
In 1984 he founded the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London.
